Any disputes, claims, or controversies arising from the use of this Website, or subsequent B2B licensing negotiations initiated through it, shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent court having jurisdiction over the registered seat of Walewska Films Sp. z o.o. in Warszawa, Poland.
