My Tiny Restaurant

Ten duos, each with a shared dream of opening their own restaurant, get the chance to test their concept in the most unlikely of spaces: a converted shipping container with room for just three covers.

Over nine weeks, the competing pairs must prove themselves across every dimension of the restaurant business. Cooking is only part of it. They also design the interior, build a business plan, and develop a communication strategy, all within the tight constraints of their miniature venue. Each episode brings fresh pressure tests, unexpected twists, and the close scrutiny of a three-person jury: a Michelin-starred chef, a venture investor, and a digital food influencer, each evaluating a different aspect of what makes a restaurant truly work.

The format moves from head-to-head battles in the early rounds through increasingly demanding semi-finals, before a finale in which the remaining duos run real pop-up restaurants under live conditions, serving actual customers.

My Tiny Restaurant is rooted in a specific and appealing premise: that the dream of owning a restaurant is as much about concept, viability, and identity as it is about the food on the plate. The winning duo walks away with a cash prize to open their restaurant for real.
